Privacy policy
GoodGlyph Studio collects the minimum it needs to reply to you. No newsletter, no email lists, no analytics, no cookies, and we don't sell data.
Who we are
GoodGlyph Studio is run by GOODGLYPH S.R.L. (CUI 50054260, Reg. Com. J40/9379/2024), Aleea Terasei nr. 4, Sector 4, București, România. We decide how the data described here is used. For anything about your data, email [email protected].
What we collect
- What you send us. If you use the contact form: your name, how to reach you, and whatever you add about the project (link, domain, timeline, budget, what's unclear). If you email us, the email itself.
- Basic server logs. Our host, Cloudflare, processes your IP address and request details to serve the site and protect it from abuse. We don't use them to identify or profile you.
- No analytics, no cookies. The site keeps two small values in your browser's session storage (the last page you visited and where the sidebar highlight sat) so page changes can animate. They never leave your browser and are cleared when you close the tab.
Why we use it
To reply to your inquiry and to judge whether we can help. The legal bases are taking the steps you ask for before a possible contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in answering inquiries you start (Art. 6(1)(f)).
How long we keep it
Inquiry details are kept only as long as needed to answer and, if we work together, to deliver the work. Then they're deleted, except for what accounting law requires us to keep.
Who handles it for us
- Cloudflare hosts the site and runs the small server step that receives the contact form.
- Resend delivers the form to our inbox as an email.
- Our email provider stores the inquiry once it arrives.
Each one handles data only to provide its service to us. Some are based outside the EU. Where data leaves the EU, it's covered by safeguards the GDPR recognizes, such as the EU's standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, and object to or restrict how we use it. Email [email protected] and we'll answer within 30 days. You can also complain to a data-protection authority. In Romania, that's ANSPDCP (dataprotection.ro).
